Our Return Policy

We want you to love your DALAMHARI wellness products! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To ensure a smooth return process, items must be:

  • ✨ Unused and in original condition
  • 📦 In original packaging (properly sealed)
  • 🏷️ Include proof of purchase

How to Start Your Return

Step 1: Email our wellness team at dalamhari.studio@gmail.com

Step 2: Include these details:

  • 📸 Photo of the product
  • 🧾 Receipt or proof of purchase
  • 📍 Your pickup address

Step 3: We'll review and send you a prepaid return label within 24-72 hours

Step 4: Pack your item securely and attach the return label

Step 5: Schedule pickup - we'll handle the rest! ✨

Refund Process

Inspection & Approval Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you via email about the approval status.

Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days. You'll receive confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Missing Your Refund?

  1. Check your bank account first
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take additional time)

Important Notes

Partial Refunds Apply To:

  • Items damaged due to misuse (not our error)
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Sale Items Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges We gladly exchange defective or damaged items for the same product. Email us for immediate support!
